Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We take great care in crafting and packaging every piece. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
1. Return Eligibility
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and certificates intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
- Each return request is reviewed individually — we will advise on eligibility after assessment.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Bespoke / custom jewellery — pieces made to your design brief are non-returnable.
- Items that have been resized, engraved, or altered.
- Items purchased during a sale or at a special discounted price (unless defective).
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
4. Return Process
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
- Items must be returned via insured, tracked courier at the customer's expense (unless defective).
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. GST and shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
