1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these terms. Brijratna Jwelleryy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Products & Catalogue

All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. Product images are representative and actual pieces may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery. All weights are approximate and displayed in grams and Tola (1 Tola = 10 grams).

3. Price on Request

All products on this Website are displayed as “Price on Request”. No binding contract of sale is formed by submitting a price request. Prices are quoted based on prevailing gold/silver rates, stone valuations, and making charges at the time of enquiry. Quoted prices are valid for 48 hours unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders & Bespoke

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment and written confirmation from Brijratna Jwelleryy. For bespoke/custom jewellery, a non-refundable design deposit may be required. Bespoke orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (INR) and Stripe (international currencies). All card data is handled solely by these PCI-DSS compliant gateways — Brijratna Jwelleryy does not store payment card information. Prices are subject to applicable GST as per Indian law.

6. GST & Taxes

All applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) will be displayed separately at checkout. GST-compliant invoices will be generated and provided for all confirmed orders. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable in their country for international orders.

7. Appointments

Appointment bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with prior notice. Video consultations are available subject to staff availability as toggled by our team.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Brijratna Jwelleryy and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Brijratna Jwelleryy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant transaction.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
