At Brijratna Jwelleryy, every piece is handled with the utmost care from our showroom to your door. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Domestic Shipping (India)
- We ship to all major cities and states across India.
- Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after order confirmation and payment clearance.
- All jewellery is shipped via insured, registered courier with tracking.
- Shipping charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- In-Store pickup from our Ahmedabad showroom is always available.
2. International Shipping
International shipping is available on enquiry. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email before placing an international order so we can advise on shipping costs, customs duties, and estimated delivery timelines for your specific country.
The customer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by the destination country.
3. Packaging
All orders are dispatched in our signature luxury packaging, designed to protect your jewellery during transit. Pieces are individually wrapped and placed in branded boxes with tamper-evident sealing.
4. Insurance
All shipments are fully insured for their declared value. In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date with your order details and tracking information.
5. Order Dispatch
Orders are dispatched only after full payment has been received and cleared. For “Made to Order” pieces, additional production time may apply — this will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.
6. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email. You can use this to track your shipment with the courier partner.
